Head Quarters Membership Prices

Memberships are billed monthly at the first of every month or can be pre-purchased upfront. Please note that memberships do not include therapist gratuities. Month-to-Month Massage Membership is a recurring, monthly membership package. This is a month-to-month agreement, and a valid credit card is to remain on file and charged on the first of each month. Unused treatments with any Massage Membership package expires one year and are transferable free of cost.
